What’s it all about? Students are taught public speaking, organisational and team building skills. Participants are shown how to define personal goals and set about achieving them. Conceptualizing a community vision is the next stage of the ImpACT journey - developing BOTH personal and public leadership. Additional success skills learnt include interview technique, life and business coaching, learning and revision, motivating and focusing.

How's it done? Techniques are taught at a four hour seminar in school. Access to six hours of follow up teleseminars will build on and develop further the ideas and skills learnt. Your child will receive an ImpACT Leadership Training Certificate validated by The UK Centre for Leadership upon successful completion of the course. Your child is given an opportunity to win the prestigious National Young Leader Award based on the level of communal contribution which has been demonstrated. In addition there's also an opportunity to win one of many National Commendation Awards.
